Resident advice on Adult Gaming Centre

A Hearing is being heard against the refusal of planning permission for the conversion of the old Barclays Bank on Church Road Ashford to an Adult Gaming centre. This will take place in Council Chamber at the Council office in Knowle Green on 26 March 2025 and will start at 10am (for one day).

If you want to attend the hearing in person, please email planningdm@spelthorne.gov.uk in advance of the hearing with details including your name, email address and saying you are an interested party. If you are not able to come in person, you will be sent a team's link so you can dial in to listen to the hearing.

If you wish to speak at the Hearing, you should make yourself known to the Inspector on the day as the Planning Inspectorate will not respond to requests to speak at the event in advance of the hearing.
